ITPC, short for Indonesian Trade Promotion Centre is a non profit government organization under the supervision of the Directorate General for National Export Development (before called National Agency for Export Development or NAFED). Both institution are part of global trade network abroad supervised by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, with a common goal to enhance the export of Indonesian products thought the world. ITPC provides services for the Australian business partners with facilitation to enhance two-way trade engagements.

Sydney, 26 March 2012 – Indonesia-Australia are confident to reach target of USD 15 billion total trade in 2015. The Indonesian Minister of Trade Gita Wirjawan met his Australian counterpart, Minister Craig Emerson, and Australian Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Senator the Hon. Joe Ludwig, on 21 March 2012 in the Indonesia’s Ministry of Trade’s office in Jakarta.

Lunar Year International Showcases and Dinner 2012 PDF Print E-mail

Sydney, February 9rd, 2012 – ITPC Sydney participated in Lunar New Year International Showcase and Dinner on February 2nd, 2012. This networking event was attended by businessmen and businesswomen from West Sydney areas, and also some diplomatic guests from Asia Pasific countries. ITPC’s aim in joining this event is to strenghten its networks and also to promote Indonesia to the participants and guests.

One important point is that Indonesian economy managed to grow at 6.5% despite the economic downturns. Indonesia also keep a low inflation rate of 3.79% and exceed the target of export of US$ 200 billion. Indonesia has also now joined the the"trillion dolar club" with national economic output exceed the level of US$ 1 trillion along with China, India, Russia, Brazil, Korea, Mexico and Turkey.
