Meeting with National President Australia Indonesia Business Council (AIBC)
Sydney, 11 August 2010 – Director and Deputy Director of ITPC Sydney, accompanied by Economic Function of Indonesian Consulate in Sydney, had received Courtesy Call from Mr. Chris Barnes, National President of the Australia Indonesia Business Council (AIBC) on August 11, 2010. At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Barnes conveyed congratulations of new assignment as a representative of Indonesian Trade Promotion Center in Australia and stressed the need for cooperation as a team by involving all the existing Indonesian representatives in Australia. Director of ITPC thanked for cooperation that has been done so far and expected to continue getting support from AIBC.

Jero Wacik to open Indonesian Festival in Melbourne
Sydney (ANTARA News) - Culture and Tourism Minister Jero Wacik is scheduled to open Indonesia Festival 2008 in Melbourne, Australia, on Friday, according to Indonesian sources.
The festival would run until August 31 at the Melbourne Exhibition Hall on Nicolson Street, Carlton, the sources at the Indonesian consulate general in Sydney said.
